Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after payment has been received. During holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
Shipping rates & estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location & selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns
Due to the nature of our herbal tea products, we cannot accept returns or exchanged on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Honey Hollow Apothecary is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
